Our Team

Kelly Davis has worked in the accounting field for over 35 years. She started her career in banking and worked in the accounting department of a local magazine for 17 years.  From there, she went on to work for a group of optometry clinics, managing all aspects of their accounting, payroll, and human resources while building up a small clientele of her own as a contract bookkeeper.

In 2016 she opened Accounting Elements and continued to build on her client base, providing services to businesses from many different fields.

Kelly’s two grown children play an active role in Accounting Elements and work alongside Kelly as bookkeepers for the family owned and operated business. In her free time she enjoys watching football, baseball and hockey, and going to games. As well as reading, baking and spending time with family and friends. She has two dachshunds Douglas and Normand. They are very good boys (most of the time) and since naps are a big part of their day this allows Kelly quiet time for working. She also loves to travel as much as her schedule allows with family and her friends. Her favorite places to travel to are Cabo San Lucas and Puerto Vallarta.

Kira Davis started her career in the optical industry as a technician and later the office manager for a local optometry office. After 5 years she made the decision to work for her mom Kelly at Accounting Elements as a bookkeeper. Kira loves her job and is a great addition to the Accounting Elements team. She has really enjoyed learning all that she can about accounting the different industries that she works with.

When Kira isn’t at the office, she loves spending time with family and friends and exploring all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer, She loves movies and music of all genres. Kira is a big-time animal lover and spoils her two kitties Leo and Tobi every day!

Ryan Davis came from a construction background, which included plumbing, and HVAC. He made the decision to switch career paths, join the family business and assist in growing the company after seeing the potential it had. He saw it as a great opportunity and career investment, and has dedicated himself to learning and becoming proficient at bookkeeping. Ryan loves his job, is highly motivated and sees every day as an opportunity to grow as an employee and continue to increase his role within the company.

When Ryan is not working, he loves spending time with his girlfriend, her daughter, and his family. He is a Seattle Sports fanatic, especially loves baseball, and is a lifelong Mariner fan that loves to attend games in the Summertime with his family or anytime he gets an opportunity to go. Ryan also enjoys collecting vinyl, working out at the gym, traveling, attending concerts of all different genres, comedy shows, camping and enjoying the outdoors.
